Ordering was a breeze for me, and they deliver just about anywhere.

I’d rate it lower than 1 star if I had the option. Place your order at your own risk with this seller. I confirmed my order on January 11 for a delivery scheduled on January 19. On the delivery day, I just got an email saying they can’t deliver to the address I provided. If that’s true, then why did they confirm my order in the first place? Why take a whole week to let me know? AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SHOP.

I placed an order and paid for a premium bouquet online on January 15th, expecting it to arrive on January 19th. First off, the website claims free delivery to all serviced areas, but that wasn’t true for me. I had to fork out extra for delivery even though it was in Penang, which they say they cover. When I asked about this, I was told the promotion had ended—so why's it still on the site? I went ahead with the order anyway, trusting the positive reviews about the flowers. The delivery window was set for between 9 AM and 1 PM. By noon, I called Flower Chimp since the tracking page only showed that my order was received, nothing more. The customer service rep said she’d check and get back to me, which she did half an hour later, saying the delivery would arrive by 12:50 PM. When I inquired why the tracking showed no progress an hour before the delivery window closed, I was told the tracking site was down for maintenance. Funny enough, it started working again right after my call. I can’t help but think my order was overlooked. The flowers eventually arrived, but a few stems were quite wilted, and the bouquet looked like it had been squished. To top it off, the card I wrote for the recipient was missing entirely. Instead, I got their business card. I guess they rushed to make and deliver the bouquet after my call and forgot the card? This was meant for a special 70th birthday. I won’t be using Flower Chimp again; I’m really let down, and so is the recipient. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re okay with being disappointed.

I chose the slot from 9am to 1pm. However, my order was updated to show it was delivered at 1:18pm. It’d be better if they didn’t give false hopes about early delivery; just label it as a 1pm slot instead of 9am - 1pm.

I called a few times to inquire about my order and was promised a callback twice, but got nothing. It was only on the third call that they finally reached out to me.

The claim of same day delivery is a total lie!!! If you’re gonna offer a time slot, at least let us know if it’s not gonna happen. This was supposed to be a surprise for a birthday!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Simple ways to finalize your purchase and the delivery arrived right on schedule. However, it would be great to have additional delivery time slots (like 12-2pm, 2-4pm, etc.) so we can let the person receiving it know to be home at that specific time.

Honestly, if I could rate this lower than one star, I totally would. I went for same-day delivery, but then I found out later that the florist in that city in PH has shut down. This was meant for a birthday celebration! They really ought to inform you right away that they can't deliver to that area instead of just taking your cash first.

The blooms appeared exactly as shown in the images, but the plush alpaca truly stole the show. Their delivery on the same day was spot on. I was a bit anxious after seeing some not-so-great reviews, but I'm really happy I decided to buy. They exceeded my expectations 😊😊
